On the 30th June 2017 Copessa hosted their first very intimate Business Breakfast with a difference at the Glenvista Country Club.
At the heart of the meeting was connecting with the conscience of influential people with various business backgrounds. Our guests were engaged with the theme of the day “The Cost of Gender Based Violence if the Captains of Industries and Society do not lend a Hand”. Input on this very topic was presented from different angles by our guest speakers Dr Elisabeth Carr, U.S. based Child Abuse Specialist Pediatritian, Ms Sinazo Nkwelo, Senior Consultant in KPMG’s Human and Social Services as well as the Musician Mr Sipho “Hostix” Mabuse.
A very lively discussion could be started and we thank all our guests for their pledges and commitment to working with Copessa in bettering the lives of children by affecting their families and communities.
We feel like with the Business Breakfast Copessa managed to take another step forward on our way to achieve our mission.
